Now playing status often gets stuck #24

For some reason, while now-playing reports correct information, the now-playing status has a tendency to get stuck and not update properly (despite logs confirming that updates are occuring).

Actually, @JakobFrank pointed out that the status is currently working on live. Please report if you notice this not working, or else I will just close this as invalid (Probably having been fixed by node-fetch updates or similar)

Observation of live shows no sign of this occurring. My best guess is that this was resolved by the update to node-fetch.
