This pull request enhances the reply message CadenceBot says when asked to join a voice channel when the person asking is not in a voice channel. This response better suits the personality of Cadence.

This is the pettiest PR that I have ever received.

Of course, I'm the source of kenellorando/cadence#115, and I've seen myself arguably beat by kenellorando/cadence#110, so what the hell.
