Look through the code, and this could really use more documentation than just 
drop it in the plugin directory.

How do you handle passing teamcity parameters to the runner? Is that possible?

Currently - no such functionality, but it can be added.
You're welcome to post a feature request :)

Am I right that you need TeamCity "system" parameters?
