auto respond function #505

Auto respond feature on the bot that can be controlled via the dashboard, kind of self explanatory but if someone sends a message containing a certain word then the bot will respond with either a text, embed or both (depending on what is selected)

I guess there a many good bots out there to do this, for example dyno and mee6. Closing since this is not a moderation feature either.
