added templates for xcp-ng/xenorchestra monitoring #322

These Templates are inspired by the VMWare template and will monitor an XCP-NG/Xen Installation via the management appliance XenOrchestra. The XenOrchestra Template will discover pools, hypervisor and vms present in the pools. Hypervisor and VMs will be created as host and their state will be monitored.

No external scripts are needed. All Monitoring is done via the REST API of XenOrchestra and either HTTP-Agent Items or Script Items.
