Divide generated naked by language and not by network #52

I do not think that have a "Primary" folder of the naked with all the languages inside it is the best option. It would be better to have divide first for language and then for network.

naked_generator uses the format out/[network]/[language]/... mainly to standardize with the output tree of the rest of the submodules. Changing it might result in unpleasant bugs and counter-intuitive structure if compared to other submodules.
