First let me say I really like your plugin.

Here some questions: Our company has some (formatting) rules and I'm looking into it to find a way to make this pugin work for us.

How can I make sure that keywords get changed in uppercase (during edit)?
Is formatting code supported and how can behaviour be changed (eg alinements, )?

"Keywords get changed in uppercase (during edit)". There isn't such a feature.
Formatting code isn't supported yet. Perhaps a future feature, but I don't know when... (If you or someone else want to contribute and make a PR, I'll merge it with pleasure !)

Hi, for formatting code you can see SQL Beautify or sqltools extensions. Watching their code could help you.
