redhat linux packaging enhancement request

To manage the webshell installation on a redhat system, it would be good if it 
could be built into 
an rpm that creates the certificate at install-time and contains an 
/etc/init.d/webshell startup 
script.

Instead, currently, I download it as a zipfile and drop it into 
/usr/share/webshell myself,
and I also already wrote a startup script that I could donate. 

I use http://web-shell.googlecode.com/files/WebShell-0.9.6.zip on redhat 
enterprise linux 5.3 and 
4.8
