Update the introduction notebook #156

A comment by @ogrisel was that the repo lacked an introduction notebook for folks who are not familiar with MRI.

There was actually something I had done in the past for a course of PC: https://github.com/zaccharieramzi/fastmri-reproducible-benchmark/blob/master/experiments/pysap_cascade_comparison.ipynb

I should basically update this notebook:

[ ] use actual h5 data (ask fastMRI folks if possible)
[ ] use utils from the repo
[x] give context (what is MRI, why MRI accel - motivations, how MRI accel)
[x] update the binder env
[x] explain more what the plots are

This notebook should also be mentionned clearly in the README.
