Produce graph with PSNR of PD-net function of number of samples #45

This is something that a lot of people are curious about: what are the data requirements of the PD-net.

This is also interesting in another way: are using all the data we have to the fullest?

The current answer is no: we are not using the data we have to the fullest... res_psnr_n_samples

The ability to do this has been provided in #47 though, so I will close this.
