Work on Doc for Labels and their meanings #57

Previous comments: @zacck please let me know about the labels issue? Can we write down on this guide what they mean? Then we always have it written down for when someone new joins the team. Also I think we need to write down what 'done' means for us on this guide as well. I am thinking that for us 'done' means when we have reported back on an issue and made sure everyone agrees that its done... your thoughts? @zacck can we please discuss these labels and write down what they mean https://github.com/zacck/hapihour/labels so that I can send the meanings of them to Aphelele and we can all understand and use them in the same context

@zacck will you add the details here? I think you should add the last description of this task we made in the 'create production planning' issue here on this so you know whats needed and we can refer back to what we want this to be

@zacck also label it and put it in the milestone that it fits in and the pipeline,... when will you work on this? I think it needs to be done before the next sprint so that christine and aphelele knows exaclty whats going on here
