Amiga_CDTV_ZachMorris.xml no longer points to valid archive.org game URLs.

Specifically, the http://archive.org/download/fullsets/2021/Redump%20-%20Commodore%20Amiga%20CDTV.zip collection no longer exists.

Example download exception in the kodi log...

Should be fixed in 3.0.7
