fix some external intents

activity needs to be full name (ppsspp)
converting "-eu" for the extras to json doesn't seem to work as a string. use data uri instead (n64)
use https://pegasus-frontend.org/tools/metagen-android/ to fix DS
- still not working due to "exposed beyond app through Intent" error. Can't use file:// but works on cmd line

Thanks, i'll give these a look. It's indeed hard to troubleshoot as Kodi doesn't really provide much in the way of feedback, so it's just trial and error

The drastic one I haven't got working yet. It works with pm start but not with intent. Seems because it hasn't set its own permissions properly.
