Describe your feature
In the stopped experiment view/StoppedExperiment.vue scheduler menu, the menu should show both the built-in/default schedulers along with any available user defined schedulers. As both the user schedulers and built-in schedulers are subject to change over time, it would be nice for the menu to adjust to show what is currently available.

Stage of Experiment when feature is active: (Creation, Start, Post Start, Running, Stop, Delete)
stage: Stop
Where should feature be visible (current phenix tab and general location or propose a new tab, or not visible)
view: Stopped Experiment scheduler menu (see screenshot below)
