Issue with lead ingot crafting #31

Describe the bug One lead ingot in a crafting table can craft nine lead ingots.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Put a lead ingot in the center of a crafting table
  2. The result is 9 lead ingots

Expected behavior 9 lead nuggets

Fixed with release v1.16.5-3.0.7-35

Thanks, seemed a bit imbalanced, as it was effectively a dupe exploit.
