Bypass percussion caps by using paper cartridges #66

Describe the bug Using paper cartridges makes percussion caps unnecessary

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Launch Minecraft with given mod list
  2. Enter world (in creative)
  3. Look up recipes in JEI for any caplock weapon/Try loading one with only a paper cartridge

Expected behavior Caplock weapons require a percussion cap to reload
