Leaving the area while kiln is active resets progress. #3

Left home to go hunt for resin and came back to see that the kiln had reset progress to zero, and temperature to zero with all the fuel gone.

Kinda a bummer :(

What game version and mod version are you using?

I believe I was using 1.18.15 at the time, I've since taken a break. ( On second thought, it might have been 1-19.pre )

As far as reproducing the issue it self, I assume it had to do with unloading / reloading of the processing entities. For reference my base was a fair distance from spawn.

I assume building the kiln a distance from spawn, starting it, then flying away for a distance, and returning should reproduce the issue. Keeping in mind that you might need to be gone for some duration, If memory serves, I was gone long enough that I would have expected that the kiln had finished.

Not sure I have anything else to add with how long its been, its pretty fuzzy at this point.

@fuami No worries. Sorry for the late initial reply, I take breaks from VS as well and do modding/playing in bursts.
