fix genes before turn advance #182

[ ] continue button in bottom right should not be active until all breaks are fixed. Right now advancing with continue brings an error message, but the turn order still advances and the player can not return to the repair phase.

Issue was discovered, what I wrote ended up getting lost/overwritten in an update. Working to sift through the code now to re-add the new turn system I implemented previously. Same thing as the other one.
