Pixel 9 XL Pro: Can't change quick settings tiles #17

I installed v1.4 via ADB so I could customize quick settings on my Pixel 9. Whenever I make any changes (reorder, remove, or add), the changes are not saved or reflected in the quick settings menu. When I go back to the quick settings editor in System UI Tuner they're immediately reset.

Update: If I set the Quick Settings Editor as 'persistent', it works. Now just the 'Disable Combined Network Options' settings is failing, and it says I need to either install this add-on or Shizuku for it to work. This add-on is installed already, and I'd rather use it over Shizuku, but I'm glad I can customize the Quick Settings now.
