How to get keys for Write and Read Custom Settings? #109

Hello! I was looking through the advanced options of SystemUI Tuner and found Write Cudtom Settings. I searched online how to find the keys and values for a Samsung Setting, but I can't find anything on how to! How do I get the keys and values for a setting on my phone?
