For easier findability.

The terms.md file needs to stay in the assets folder, since it's referenced by the app itself.

If so, then I'll just rename the PR to 'add more info in the description of the README.md'. Is it ok? I also reverted the changes done to the TERMS.md file.

The terms are still in the main readme.

Uh... there isn't any... It only shows "Building" when you go to Tweaker Home

What do you mean?

Do you mean that the TERM text is in the README? Yes, it is still there but the actual file (TERMS.md) was reverted to the original. :)
