Goals:

[ ] Select a suitable development platform for the website. This will include:
- Programming language(s) involved
- Main frameworks and tools needed to build each component of the solution (fron-end, back-end, data-storage, website design, etc)
[ ] Document all materials identified above in the internal docs and wiki.
[ ] Create a plan on how the website will be constructed and it's expected anatomy.

After much prior experimentation and research, Meteor will be used as the platform for hosting the website. Reason this was chosen is for the versatility, ease of use for development, and wide community backing.
