https://github.com/zachbr/Dis4IRC/blob/598afefc619b552cbc2f9b086bb6f39aa493e6de/src/main/kotlin/io/zachbr/dis4irc/bridge/pier/discord/DiscordPier.kt#L146-L151 should be removed, and instead there should be a default profile picture used.
As a replacement, there should be user configured profile pictures for Discord. Something like using .discord set avatar https://i.cadixdev.org/avatar/jmansfield.png.
