Add option to show discriminator on IRC (Resolves #41) #60

This will show the discriminator at the end of the name in dark gray if the display name matches the username and if not append the username + discriminator behind the nick name.

It also allows tagging of the username + discriminator combo.

RIP Discord discriminators. I never loved this concept but it's hard to fault anyone for showing up and doing the work to get it added. Thanks.
