Break the current code into the following files

[ ] data.py (create, save, load tf.data.Dataset())
[ ] model.py (mlc-pointnet model)
[ ] train.py (training mlc-pointnet on data from data.py)
[ ] validate.py (validate mlc-pointnet per label on data from data.py)
[ ] utils.py (callbacks, misc. functions / classes)
[ ] Make more object oriented
