Add handling for the phylocanvas js events #5

Hi,

I modified the phylocanvas.js htmlwidget so that the events that are returned by phylocanvas can be handled in a shiny app.

@pydupont , I like the idea of more interaction via shiny. can you modify your PR to include

  1. a have a minimal shiny app that can use your event handlers
  2. some docs on how to use them?
