It would be great if users could highlight "significant" days in the calendar view (eg. a day for my birthday, my partner's & kid's birthdays, etc) and resubmit so that the suggestions adjust to make better use of that time that I'm going to book off anyway. Additionally, some employers give your birthday as an additional vacation day, so it would be nice to highlight this.
