ViewItem should use DefaultViewFactory when view id is assignable from View #20

Currently the DefaultViewFactory expects the view id to be assignable from 
AbstractView, it could likewise be assignable from View

Actually, the DefaultViewFactory can handle the View interface, it's the 
ViewItem that expects AbstractView
