Hardware setup and then testing with the code, sending fake values to simulate a battery cycle.

Should probably isolate this as an integration test so it runs with every build.

There seems to be an issue with some of the LEDs - as they're not consistently bright. I've tested the LEDs on different pins, and their brightness seems independent of the pin that they're on. I'm going to finish this first, and ensure these are reliable as a standalone component.
