Autolinks not working with built-in blog plugin #35

When using the mkdocs-autolinks-plugin and the built-in blog plugin there is a small bug:

Whenclicking on a blog post - the links on the blog post site itself work perfectly. However: When showing the excerpt, meaning on the general blog page where each post is listed below each other the links in those excerpt texts do not work, meaning the relative link has the wrong level.
