add standardized tests

• Standardizes tests across all frameworks
• Add Qwik test using qwik's standard example

Standardized tests now expect the following items to be true

• Counter components need to start at 0
• An element with the id of test-value contains the counter value directly
• An element with the id of test-inc on a button to increment by one
