i18n and l10n #6

It'd be nice to have this manifest localized so community could fork and provide translations and also add that to the manifest itself

Hey @brunopulis I wish @zachleat could add i18n/l10n to the manifesto as well as support it since it's intrinsic to the subject. Translating the index.php directly would be a maintenance nightmare which is bad practice and ultimately doesn't belong to F2E. Ideally, translations should be as easy as "fork -> translate -> submit pull request" and rendered according to browsers' language and/or user's choice. If f2em.com were hosted on github, it could be rewritten in markdown which is natively supported then each new translation could be a new markdown document.
