Add Treo to readme #39

Hey Zach – lovely project! This PR adds a paid monitoring tool – Treo (shameless plug). Treo has a few things in common with speedlify: it tries to be as fast as possible, even amongst competitors, and it has a free, shareable site speed report. I hope you'll like it.
