Further test cleanup, attempting to bring the CRAN test runtime under 60 seconds.

@zachmayer Looking good. You can skip_on_cran() all of the tests in ensemble and ensemble-methods honestly.

Ok, the tests are down to 146s. Getting there!

Ok, we're down to 32 seconds on travis, which I think is sufficient for CRAN. Wahoo!
