S3 methods for caretList #89

plot, summary. Maybe dotplot, xyplot, density, levelplot and the other lattice methods too that the resamples functions in caret use?

See also #92 for task to write a predict.caretList. The predict method is most important, summary, print, plot, etc. are of secondary importance.
