Add full screen display #73

From an email:

Could you add in a display feature that would display the album cover, playback controls, the artist, song, etc.? This could be used in full screen as a display showing whatever is playing from the computer.

This feature has now been implemented. Clicking the screen icon in the top right of the player will activate the full screen display.
