Update install instructions in readme #117

Hopefully making it more clear there are two parts to the install.

Within HACS it shows the info.md which has the extra steps.

There is nothing wrong with adding it also to the standard README. Though I think it might be better to have it in two separate sections one for HACS and one for manual with all the steps in each. So you don't have to skip over the manual seconds to see the second step for HACS.

It's up to you. I didn't really add anything, just clarified what was there and updated the UI flow for the HA 7.x UI.

If you want I can also update info.md to reflect the new HA UI.

We could commit this update and then duplicate the HACS install steps in info.md. info.md is only seen by users once inside the HACS UI correct?
