sensor entities name don't update some times, and some time the go back to the original name #266

entities names don't update sometimes sometimes, sometimes they go back to the original node-red name like "binary_sensor.nodered_3570e4c61f7714c0", I renamed all of them and built multiple automation, the name changed and broke my automation, i reloaded the integration, restarted HA with no luck
