Add accessiblity features such as open dyslexia #58

Penultimate guitar is already miles better than UG and it would be perfect if dark mode support was added. Though dark mode would be good enough, I personally would find it easier if other neurodivergent friendly background colors were available and for an option to use open-dyslexia as a font.

Definitely open to both of these changes, relatively simple changes. Will look into implementing when I have some time (unless someone else assigns themselves to it).

I currently have an old fork with dark mode that I didn't end up PRing b/c i changed the design too much. I'll see if I can dig in and see if I can make just the dark mode changes on an updated fork
