I got bluetooth working by adding IntelBluetoothInjector.kext to EFI/OC/kexts
The only remaining thing is now the camera
Camera works fine here and I didn't need BT injector either. What is the spec of your 9500?
BT mouse not working for me. it would connect then disconnect after about a min. but it doesn't move the cursor while it was connected. BT headset works fine. any idea? Also, the headphone jack not really working when I plug in a combo headset. the white apple one with MIC.
@zachs78 Sorry for the late reply, these weekdays are way too busy for me now
The spec is
i7-10750H 16GB DDR4 2933MHz 512GB M.2 PCIe NVMe Intel 660p FHD+ without touch Killer Wi-Fi 6 AX1650
Btw I got camera working, but not sure how though, out of sudden it starts working in Facetime. The only notable thing I did is changing OpenCore from debug to release
I can confirm the issue with combo jack: when plug in a headphone jack, it has sound but really small, and I can only hear music but not the voice. Speaker and bluetooth headset work fine
I tried several things but none of them work: update AppleACL, hackintosh-stuff/ComboJack
I also tried the bluetooth mouse (Apple Magic Mouse 2), and it works fine without any issue
I use the headphones jack with my combo headset everyday. It's definitely working. Don't update AppleALC. The one I have is specifically created for XPS 9500.
How did you patch applealc? You said, don't update, so it would be nice if you would share your knowledge
@zachs78
My combo jack is not working, and my bluetooth headset mic is not working either, so the only option is to use the built in mic, which is not good.
Could you please give me some information about AppleALC so I can start digging into it?
Hi zachs78,
First of all, thanks for the great repository. It helped me a lot when I tried to install Catalina to my Dell XPS 9500
However I have a few issues after Catalina is running:
Any hint with those issues would be greatly appriciated
Thank you
