Update dependencies installation command to support killall #99

Added "psmisc" package just in case "killall" command is missing:

I don't think Amoveo uses "killall". If it does, I would like to update to "pkill" instead of adding more dependencies.

I updated amoveo-c-miner to use pkill. Maybe that is what you meant.
