Can you please provide a description for MADAM? I can't find any definitive statement of what it does in their readme, and this is way out of my scope of knowledge.

Ah yeah, I wasn't sure if you wanted to only take from GitHub repo 'About' section enough.

"Two-level de novo assembly strategy for ancient bacterial genomes" would suffice I think

That's usually my go-to source since I'm basically clueless about what most people are actually working on, so more a matter of convenience than a rule :p
