Add idai-field to software list #27

I noticed your extensive list and was wondering if I could add our field documentation system. ;)

iDAI.field is already in the dataset and rendered on the website (https://open-archaeo.info/post/idai-field/), but the readme isn't getting updated when I render the site after each batch of additional entries. I'm merging this manual change until that automation is sorted out (whenever I get around to it).
