suggestion: add html doc link in github readme or somewhere #111

Hi,

Is http://thestraightdope.mxnet.io exactly the same thing as this repo?

The html edition is better for reading, I think. For example, it's better for mobile reading, and it has "next" and "previous" link on each page.

Maybe it's better to add the web address into github readme or somewhere, so that people have more options to read this book.
