Fixed some spelling mistakes with reactors #38

Found because of rathena/rathena#2921

Actually the current ones in repository is the correct item name, I always double even triple checked when translating something. If you google 리액토 word, you will get a bike called Reacto 5000 as results.

Alright, I've dicided. I'll merge this commit, in vapor of english speaking player, though I might changed it again if I found the actual translation.

In bRO and jRO are just called "R-(element)" and "Resistance-Water" in twRO, so no they're not supposed to be translated as "Reacto" or "Reactor". I would go for the bRO/jRO translation.
