transcribe-anything torch version error #8

Hi ,

I was trying to use the transcrcribe tool and it gave me an error. Not even chapgpt was able to resolve it. I searched other platforms.

I upgraded to the latest pip and py versions. It doesn't like the latest py version.

Running: pip install torch==2.1.2 ERROR: Could not find a version that satisfies the requirement torch==2.1.2 (from versions: 2.2.0, 2.2.1) ERROR: No matching distribution found for torch==2.1.2

My current py Python 3.12.1. torch - 2.2.1+cu118
