Python project files wont open/show up #73

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Trying to open a Python file from windows explorer.
2. When inside JES, trying to open a Python file.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The expected output is to be able to see my program that I have done and what I 
see instead is a blank screen with absolutely no code on it.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
I am using JES 4.3 for Windows on Windows 8.1. My computer is a Lenovo Yoga 2 
Pro and I did not have any problems with the software before this.

Please provide any additional information below.
