Concerning servant ascension #7

A few things here:

  1. printing the board in the standard position
  2. a little bit of cleanup/todo handling
  3. an exposition of a serious bug in the servant ascension handling, which I have not solved because I'm not sure the best way to do so; this comes with a test, and see https://github.com/zackmdavis/Leafline/commit/e82e9f85d0596ba7d5483b568c61b646919eefd1 for details
