Merge changes made to original source code, to:
1) shift from using libpgm to pybbn, i.e. drop all libpgm dependencies 2) refactor to python 3.0 compatibility
Note, that the code is nowhere near 'formatted' nor is the most streamlined (contains redundancies, but runs successfully.
