when I want to find a date with a very long name, such as above, I have to manually type out his entire name as finding by partial name is not allowed and will not return the date. This may be frustrating for users as they may have to type out a long name just to find a date

below shows the result when the command is executed

Team's Response

UG doesn't mention that searching by partial names is allowed.

It states: Finds a date in the LoveBook by a specific name(s)

It is clear that the name here is referring to the name of the date in the lovebook!

 Issue response

Team chose [response.Rejected]

Reason for disagreement: Firstly, Finds a date in the LoveBook by a specific name(s) as quoted from their UG, in my opinion is not clear in stating whether the app allows searching by partial name or enforces searching only by full name. The word specific does not imply full or partial is allowed. The user has to try out the command in the app, to determine if the app allows searching by partial name.

Secondly, I labelled this as a feature flaw because I believe that it aligns with the statement Some functionality missing from a feature delivered in v1.4 in a way that the feature becomes less useful to the intended target user for normal usage. It is not uncommon for people to have long names. Thus, having to type out a long name manually, especially if this name is not one you are unfamiliar with, will be frustrating for users as one mistype will result in the date not being found

## Issue severity Team chose [`severity.Low`] Originally [`severity.Medium`] - [x] I disagree **Reason for disagreement:** I belive this issue is important enough to cause `occasional inconvenience to some users`, thus I stand by my original severity of `medium`. To quote one simple example, if you are trying to find a person named `Christopher` to message on Telegram, most users would type `Chris` or an even shorter version of the name to quickly find `Christopher`, rather than typing out the full name, right?
